Move to Heaven is a short drama, just ten episodes, but my god, it packs a punch.  Hits you hard in the heart.  A show that manages to be charming, even when it makes you shed ugly tears—I absolutely adored it. 

KDrama Review: 365: Repeat The Year

Hey there!  Look at me, back with a new Korean drama review, and another thriller at that.  Huh.  ‘Guess our drama tastes do evolve.  I still love me some romantic fluff and sweet drama shows, but I guess this particular genre is now really starting to grow on me.  Talk about thriller though, I think 365: Repeat The Year lives up to its promise of a thrilling, mind-boggling drama and boy, Show takes the so-called rollercoaster ride seriously.

The Girl Who Drank The Moon is an enchanting story told in a lyrical and whimsical prose. The story has a fairytale vibe. It felt like a bedtime story told in a cold rainy night. It has witches, dragons, swamp monsters, a town trapped under a cloud of sorrow, and a girl who was accidentally fed with moonlight.

Webtoon Review: Solo Leveling

I think I’ve fallen into this rabbit hole called ‘Webtoon’ and I fell hard. These past few months, all I read about are these amazing creations. So yeah, I’m back with another webtoon review!

Solo Leveling is an action/fantasy webtoon that is kinda famous on the internet right now. It’s based on a novel. It has so much hype. And it was recommended to me by two of my friends, so I tried it out to see what the hype is all about.

This will be an unpopular opinion, because for me, it is uhm, a little overrated. Let me explain this in detail…

This book, really, is just… wow.  Let me drop it here that Six of Crows—this magnificent, action-packed story—deserved all the hype.  I had been rendered openmouthed several times reading this book and well, this, my friends, have been such a crazy good rollercoaster ride that left me craving for more at the end.  I immensely enjoyed reading this book and I have developed such deep fondness for our dangerous little crows crew.

Before I begin this another ambitious TBR post, I’d like to confess that I have a chronic shelf problem.  I don’t know how many peeps out there suffer the same problem as me, but this had me feeling guilty for a while now.

Webtoon Review: Tower of God

Tower of God was the third webtoon I’ve read outside of the romance genre.  The first one was Unordinary, which I reached up to 142 episodes before I decided to drop it.  The second – God of High School, which I dropped at episode 20.   I began to read webtoon because I wanted to read Cheese in the Trap.  The kdrama was not wrapped up well and I wanted to know what’s the ending in the webtoon.  So I read Cheese in the Trap and it was good.  But, the thing is, I already know the plot, so when I reached 168 episodes, I was not that eager to move further.

I hope you’re all doing fine!

After finishing 8 drama series and 10 books, I suddenly had my fill.  I decided to take a break from watching dramas. And as to books, I’ve been trying to read some, but none seemed to interest me.  I’m kinda in a reading slump.

But I still get bored, so I wondered if I try other things like… webtoon?  I’m not really new to this because I used to read manga when I was in college. So, I thought I just wanna try it out again.  And webtoons are in full color!!
